Eligibility for Refund

  1. Unused or Partially Used Products:
    • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, with no more than half of the bottle used.
  2. Broken or Incorrect Orders:
    • If your product arrives damaged or does not match what was advertised, we will provide a refund upon verification. Please include photo evidence of the broken product when requesting a refund.
  3. Fully Used Products:
    • If the entire bottle has been used, you are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

  1. Contact Us:
    • If you wish to return your product, please contact us immediately at Contact@Balensha.com with your order details and reason for the refund.
    • For broken products, attach clear images of the damage in your email.
  2. Return Shipping:
    • You are required to ship the product back to our warehouse at your expense. Once the product is received in good condition, we will process your refund.
  3. Refund Timeline:
    • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you within 48 hours. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
